The accessibility requirements result from Sections 3 (1) to (4) and 4 of BITV 2.0, which was issued on the basis of Section 12d of the German Federal Employers' Liability Insurance Act (BGG).
The website www.kitz-heidelberg.de is not yet fully compatible with the BGG and BITV 2.0. Non-accessible content and alternative access to non-accessible content are described in the following sections. The necessary improvements are in progress.

The PDF files available for download at www.kitz-heidelberg.de are not yet barrier-free.
There are no landing pages in easy to understand language and sign language available yet, which translate the declaration on accessibility, present the aims and tasks of the Hopp Children's Cancer Center and give hints for navigation.
Alternative texts for operating elements, images and graphics have not yet been fully implemented in a barrier-free manner.
The keyboard focus cannot be moved away from the navigation.
Interactive control elements such as links and buttons have names and roles that can only partially be determined programmatically.
